(no subject)
hi, i haven't updated in about 4 months =)
so.. what has all happened? i ended with turnabout. turnabout was a LOT of fun. one of the best nights all year. i guess that's the last fantastic night i can remember. after that i had driver's ed which was even more boring than i thought it was going to be. zack got his license which was sooo much better. we got to hang out a lot more and he came over and surprised me. =) wicked was really good and i had fun seeing it. i also saw rent live, and i liked that even better. we had an AMAZING soccer season. our team was sweet, i loved every person on it and we had so much fun together. we didn't have too great of a record, but we became the very first girls team in milwaukee lutheran's history to become regional champs, which is where you win your two regional games. we lost our first sectional game in overtime which was sad, but we played awesome and i'm so proud of our team. i can't wait for next year but we'll miss kate way too much. i got 6 goals and like 3 or 4 assists this year, which i'm really happy about. i started every game and only came out like once or twice the whole year. it was so much better than last year, and i'm really happy about it. spring break this year wasn't too exciting, the only thing i can remember is going to gurnee mills with some of the girls. i got my temps so i've been driving a lot =) haha. i'll hopefully have my license in a little over 3 months. kristina got her license, and now i have no idea how we lived without it. she basically drives me everywhere. we've hung out every single day this summer so far, and we plan to keep that streak going. =) i got a 4.0 this semester, and i got a 4.0 last semester as well, so i'm really happy about that. i wish i wouldn't have slacked off last year and gotten a B+ and an A-, but oh well. i applied to three places to get a job this summer, but all three of them already had enough people, so unfortunately, i may have to stick to babysitting jobs until i'm 16 and can apply at a wider variety of places. right now i'm in the summer basketball league for ML, which plays on monday and wednesday nights, and i do summer strength every monday, wednesday, and friday from 6-8 AM (which is killer after getting about 2 hours of sleep), and that's the only athletic stuff i'm involved in right now. i tried out for tosa select soccer with kristina, abby, and froh, and we all made it. that starts in the fall i think. i'm going to arizona for a youth convention for on the edge from july 21-25, and i'm super pumped. kristina, zack, evan, mark, fen, april, katie, abby, alyssa, luke, and a lot of other people are going, so it should be a lot of fun. also, my dad lost his job in michigan. i don't feel like talking about it, but at least he's back living with us now and we won't have to move there. him and my mom have been going to a lot of job interviews lately, so i've been praying a lot for them to get good job opportunities. my house has been pretty full this summer with my sister home from college and my dad home from michigan. i kind of liked only living with my mom and little sister who weren't even home half the time, so i got a lot of alone time. now it seems like SOMEONE is always home. but, it is kind of nice. i missed them a lot. and also, i'm sort of single right now. i can't really talk about it too much because i don't even know what's going on exactly, but zack and i did officially break up, although we've still been hanging out a lot (after a lot of drama.) well i guess those are all the big events that have happened in my life lately, maybe i'll update this more but i always say that, but hey it's summer and i have more free time on my hands! ...actually just kidding, i'm rarely ever home except for tonight. but oh well. later =)
