I really want to lose weight. I havent felt this determined to lose weight in awhile. I actually feel that this time around i'm going to accomplish this goal. I want to lose 20 or 30 pounds. No snacking and candy. I'm going to eat hella smaller portions. I'm also giving up red meat and shit like that. I'll just stick to chicken and turkey. I can do this. Water is still my main beverage, always has been haha thanks to soccer.
I feel gross. After I take a shower, wash my face, shave, and brush my teeth i'll feel much better.
