"Edo no Temari Uta II" By C-ute
The title track is really energetic and cute, but at the same time it's laid back, jazzy, and pretty adult-like. I like it, but... to tell you the truth, it was really boring the first time I listened to it. It's not bad, but I toned it out, and wasn't really listening to it. I had to really try hard to concentrate on it without skipping parts of it the second time I listened to it, but what the hell, it's a nice song. The b-side is really great... and it's like... almost two times longer than the title track. Yeah... so I think this single was so-so... =] Keep working hard C-ute!!
"Papancake" By Kusumi Koharu
Super, super, super cute... so if you can't take super glittery, cutesy, energetic stuff... this is definitely not something for you. I've never really been a fan of Kusumi... at all... she CANT sing. However, this single is really cute. I almost can't stand it. But the cuteness of it takes away how bad her voice is. Her voice is very abrasive, and it can be kinda annoying, but this single is actually ok, and I know Kusumi fans all around will embrace it. It's definitely her... kinda thing. I would not have willingly downloaded this if it wasn't for my Koharu-fan friend. This is definitely not a song you wanna put on repeat and play it on your stereo over, and over... your family will hate you for it. The b-side is cute as well... it's the same sort of thing as the title track. :] Uh... keep working hard Kusumi!
