January Update I
Note: Happy 16th birthday to my baby brother. Wow, it's amazing how quickly we all grow up. My brother is already 16. It's almost surreal.
Isn't it amazing how quickly the mood of your day can change? One second you can be completely content with yourself, and the next thing you know, nothing seems to be right with the world. Well, although this day is only 2.5 hours in, today is one of those days. I don't want to go much further than that in fear that, somehow, I might actually make this day worse than it already is. I have to mask all of this, however, because not only is it my brother's birthday, but I am to spend the day with Brian (and possibly Chris). So with a cloud of guilt and mild depression hovering over my already broken self, I end this post with what little optimism I have left for this day.
