I've heard it happens when you stop thinking about it. Which is a bit of a trick. Like when you have semi-lucid dreams and you're supposed to look at your hands, in the dream, in order to be able to act how you want in them. Which is stupid. Because if you're not having a dream where you can act how you want anyway, then how would you be able to look down at your hands in the first place? Stupid old love.
