You've got so much love in you

Last night Chrissy, Eva, and I saw THE ROCKET SUMMER at HOB. It was... incredible. It was like a 4.5 hour dance party! One of the best, if not the best, concerts I've been to. It was worth every single penny of the $30 I spent, and more. I adore Bryce Avary so much. He's pocket-sized! He is so inspiring and I would love to meet him.
The Morning Light was the opener. They were pretty good. The didn't move much, except the keyboardist, who was most limited because he had to be sitting. But you could tell they were excited to be there and so energetic. The drummer was so adorable. He was this little Asian kid who sang along to his music. He made me laugh. Chrissy is going to marry the communal bass player. After them was The Secret Handshake who was so ballerrrrrr! It was super dance party music. He had a t-shirt that said "If you don't dance, you hate your parents." I'm going to buy it someday. holla
Then was Phantom Planet. They were pretty good. My only complaint is that their vocals weren't high enough. They were energetic as well. I liked the lead singer, but he was dirty looking. He took off his shirt off and girls went insane. I thought he was going to take off his pants, too, haha. Then came The Rocket Summer. It was incredible, as I already established. I love concert confetti. About halfway through he did a live loop. First he played drums, then keyboard, then bass and sang. It was really neat. Then everyone from the other bands came out and there was a huge dance party on stage. That was insane. Bryce did the moonwalk. :) It was cute. He closed with the best possible song. One of my favorite, and it's so chill.

After we left :( , we were hungry but it was 11:30pm and I didn't think anywhere would be open. I forgot we were in Orlando on a Friday night. It doesn't close at 8, like Titusville.

Basically, awesome night. I can't wait for him to come back to Orlando.

BUBBLE BUTT.
