1. Take your picture, crop and resize it down to 100x100
2. Duplicate the base layer once and go into Adjust>>Color Balance>>Automatic Color Balance and have you settings somewhere like this
3. and you should get something like this
4. set it to screen
5. Dupicate until you get something you like, i duplicated it six times
6. Go into Layers>>New Adjustment Layer>>Brightness/Contrast and set it to something you like. I used 10 and 10
7. go into edit>>merge all>>and then paste as a new layer
8. go into Adjust>>>Automatic Saturation Enhancement and have it set like this
9. go Adjust>>Hue and Saturation>>Hue/Saturation/Lightness and have it similar to this
10. you should get this
11. make a new layer and fill with #000C1A. Set it to Exclusion
12. make a new layer and fill with #FD92FE. Set it to soft light @ a low opacitiy, i had mine as 40%
13. make a new layer and fill with #F5ECDF. Set it to burn
14. bring a screen layer up to the top from the bottom
15. Go Edit>>Merge All>> and paste as a new layer. Sharpen the layer and play with the opacitiy as you like it.
