(no subject)
So my day was as amazing as I thought it would be. The date with the boy was so much fun, we went to Caledon, took a walk in the beautiful weather (heck yes, I did wear shorts after all), and had a nice lunch at a little cafe. It was perfect. I feel like we're on a new page, the same page, things are exciting, they are back to being fun. No more taking each other for granted, no more sweating the small things. Just us on a team, no more me versus him, because that will never get us anywhere. This is still my very favourite picture of us. It is nice to still be so crazy about someone, and to feel the excitement that I used to feel about our relationship. <3 I have to stop listening to everyone else's two cents and just do what I know feels right, and being with him is one of the best feelings in the world.
Rollerskating tonight was better than I thought, no falls! Woohoo. Thanks to Whip It, it is now my goal to become the next roller derby queen. Step One, put some skates on. Check. Up next: learn how to break, how to turn, waltz, dance, jump, and kick some roller skating ass. Haha.
My goal is to roller skate in tube socks and booty shorts haha. I feel that is also essential to the Whip It dream of mine and Andrea's. It is so good to have a friend I can make a fool of myself in front of! We had so much fun, I can't wait to take some lessons and actually improve.
Anyway, like we were talking about tonight, I want to start posting more inspiration to share. Fashion, photography, quotes, anything goes. I'm starting with a bunch oh photos of blondes and brunettes haha, there are soo many! I love all of these, in honour of Andrea and I. Haha. I was just thinking of how we met in October 2002- almost 8 years ago! It is psychotic how time passes, but having a friend that is always there for you, no matter how much or how little you talk or what is going on in your life.
Another goal this summer: take more photos!!
Next week: last 3 days of classes, hair cut (yes!!), birthday, and moving to my dad's! So much to do. And then go into turbo mode of my employment mission. Ugh.
