hello new journal!
i needed something to keep me going, this journal might be it. this is my new diet journal. my other journal, someone very close to me found out and it didn't end well. this is day 1 of my "diet". i'm vigorously counting and watching everything that touches my mouth, I've only eaten a salad and some sugar free popcicles today. losing weight is my new year's resolution, I want to lose 20 lbs, I think I can do it. I'm going strong, wish me luck!
