I am so bored at home right now. Gran has me planting a ton of mandrakes in the backyard, just in case our house gets attacked by death eaters. She says the plan is to run outside, put on the ear muffs we have on the back porch and then pull out as many mandrakes as we can. I think it's a great idea, but I'm sick of planting them. Ginny is right, Malfoy! You see, it's all part of my master plan. Now, any death eaters that know about the mandrakes will stay away from our house. And those who don't know about them, will die trying to get near our house. Either way, my gran and I are safe. So there.

Mandrakes crawl out of the ground during mating season. Remember how Professor Sprout said she would know they were ready when they started hopping into each others pots?

But hey, if Longbottom wants to decorate his lawn with lethal plants that's his business.
