opinions:
abortion: I'm totally pro-life. I feel that taking a life, whether unborn or not, is ethically wrong and should be stopped, UNLESS there is something physically preventing you from carrying the baby to term. If you just want to abort the baby because you made a bad decision, I think you should have the baby and give it up for adoption. It's okay if you can't take care of it, but how would you feel killing something that grew inside of you? Abortion is also dangerous for the mother - if the amniotic sac is hit wrong, the mother could die.
politics:This is a bit vague, but assuming you mean American politics in general, I can't stand them. I think that they're very self-promoting for the ones in power, and give too much leeway for personal revenge *cough cough IRAQ cough*. I also don't like the "let's go against the UN's jurisdiction" idea from a while back. If the UN can take care of it, LEAVE IT ALONE! Common sense!! And why, oh why, do we need to be in Liberia? Leave 'em alone! Unless it's a genocide (like in Sudan right now), then it's perfectly fine to leave the poor people alone. They don't like us for a reason. Don't give them an opportunity to like us even less.
gay rights: Absolutely. Seeing as I'm openly bi myself, I've been subjected to a lot of 'eews' and 'that's just wrong's. It makes you feel horrible about yourself and your decisions. I think that gay rights, whether it be educating people about it or giving the option of gay marriage, should be supported 100%.
racism:It's wrong. People are like apples. They might look different on the outside and have a few spots, but on the inside, they're all pretty much the same. I don't care if you're black, white, blue, or orange with lavender spots, you're still the same to me.
drugs:I support the legalization of marijuana, but all other drugs that you can form a physical addiction to should be avoided at all costs. Marijuana is not a physically addictive substance, and is statistically less harmful than alcohol. That is not to say that it isn't harmful; it should be regulated...but also legal. Drug-awareness programs now are, frankly, shit, and need to be updated. What is the DARE crap? Teaching kids "no, no, drugs are bad" isn't going to help unless you tell them why drugs are bad for them. And these programs don't do that.
why should we accept you?: Because I stay active and help recruit new members. I'm also lots of fun and very creative.
