do you know how many of us will walk to school then walk home and find that nobdy is there and when they lay their head to a pillow at night the house is still empty
do you know how many of us will get a B+ and still get a beating for it
do you know how manythirteen year olds raise or be raised by a brother or sister
do you know how many of us will sit in a shower with a razor blade slicing the wrist hoping it will catch a vein with eyes focused on blood dripping down to the floor
do you know how many ,cry themselves to sleep at night,soaked sheets and a tissue box
do you know how many of us happen to know where a gun is and happen to think that that is the same place the solution to their problems lies.
do you know how many of us are forced to do somw not so right things with a parent or relative
do you know how many of us are the ones who set the table and then cleans it up ,but at that table there was nobody there
do you know how many of us will wake up in the moning and look out the window to find toilet paper and eggs all over the front door
do you know how many of us are forced or pressured to do things we dont want to do
do tou know how many of us find comfort in the same drug or person you swore that you would stay away from,the same person or drug who scares us most
do you know how many of us will cry at the sight of a burning candle ,the representation of a loved one passed away
do you know how many of us are tired of playing hide and go seek
bottom line,what i am tyin to say is do you know how many of us face a world of hate and fear...
well you do know...
