Smoking HOT Heart to Hearts
I finally went out and had fun with friends tonight. I met Julianne, Katie, and Alex at Thai Lotus. It wasn't entirely boring. After a less than satisfying meal and a $34 bill we went to the movies to see Ring 2. So horrible it was entertaining. Deer? WTF?! Anyway. A lot of familiar faces there. Once we parted with Alex who seemed eager to leave, bless his heart, me Katie and Julianne high-tailed it to Denny's. There I caught up with two long lost friends of my sister's. They were cool to see again. Then we talked, ate Nachos and Julianne's brownie dish and just basked in the sceney, smoky and emo-y goodness. Now I am here.
I downloaded four songs today. Smashing Pumpkins and three DMB, which made me even sadder that I have NO ONE to go see them with this summer. And even sadder I don't have money for a $50 ticket. What happened to those good ol' days where you could see DMB for a good 15 bucks. Damn mainstreaming.
Tomorrow I plan on tanning, hopefully. And then laying low. Possibly spend some money at the mall once I return some things at Old Navy. That should be seemingly cool.
