For some strange reason unknown to me, I always thought that meant the opposite: "Objects are not as close as they appear." SO all this time I thought I was safe when some big truck was riding my ass I was really almost on my death bed.
Yesterday I spent 8 hours with my aunt making 7 different varieties of cookies. An average of 3 batches per one kind. Needless to say I was exhausted and cookied-out. I hate cookies. I hate food. FOr the time being, anyway.
Alas, Christmas Break. CHillaxing in my house, doing what I do best. And yes, that is nothing! Last night I come home to find my wrapped gifts (which frighteningly were very few) strewn all over the kitchen. I covered my eyes and screamed "PUT THEM AWAY! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PUT THEM AWAY!" My mother just looked at me and said "Oh stop it. Just don't look." That's like telling me not to look at an extremly hot nude figure. You can't stop looking!
