Lily woke up in her own room, early Christmas morning. She took a quick shower and dressed in the outfit she had selected the night before after much deliberation and ransacking of her closet - a red, green and gold plaid skirt with a white sweater. She dried her hair and pulled it back into a low ponytail. Satisfied with one last look in the mirror, Lily picked up her gifts for Draco and made her way down to the third floor to knock on his door.
