VERY SHORT SUMMARY:
Campus security/paramedics were called because I was roofied. Response? They don’t take me to the hospital, refuse to check for traces of rufilin (claiming that it’s impossible), and a general string of suspect behavior. Instead, they charge me for underage drinking and possession of alcohol and force me to take an alternative alcohol education course that I cannot afford and do not deserve.
I’m currently a student at Dartmouth, which incidentally, has been in the national eye lately. The town is choosing to lambaste me. No one has made sure that I’ve been safe or stable since.
Because I created the Indiegogo project, the town rescinded its offer for the alternative program instead of criminal charges. Ironically, it was literally created so I could keep it out of the court system as I am not a citizen of the US (I’m Canadian). Now I’m assuming the costs will be even higher and I could use help/support more than ever.
