(no subject)
I didn't mention this before: on my way home, the in flight movie was Armageddon. Before I say anything else, I have to say that I really do like the movie. But why the hell would you want to watch it on a plane? You're flying and you're already nervous, why watch a movie about the world ending? It was just weird--I'm glad that I didn't rent the headphones. That movie has some great parts though. Even so, airlines should stick to showing Adam Sandler movies.
I had a shoot this morning. It wasn't anything big, it was in Malibu and only about five hours. It was an ad for wedding dresses, which was fun, but never good when you have a high profile boyfriend. Monica called me a while ago to say that she had already seen a few articles online talking about "Gisele's White Wedding Gets Closer."
I was bored today once I got home so I decided to put in Titanic, which weirdly enough, we do own. I didn't think we did. Tyra called in the middle of it to see how I was doing, and we ended up talking about it. I actually put her on speakerphone and we "watched" the rest together. We talked about when we first saw the movie and everything. She said she finds five things wrong with the movie, so she loves it and hates it at the same time. Her reasons are:
1) Jack never tells Rose he loves her.
2) Rose and Jack should've taken turns lying on the door.
3) She hates the "never let go" part, just because Rose is letting him go as she says it.
4) This is awful, but she says that when Jack is dead, the frost on his nose looks like cocaine.
5) She wants to know whatever happened to that child Cal used to get on a lifeboat.
The opinions of Miss Tyra Banks, not me. Once the movie ended she said that Rose and Jack make a cuter couple than Leo and me and hung up. *laughs* She's so great. I'm trying to get her to join.
I think it's funny that I ask what to get Leo for Valentine's Day, and he didn't leave a comment with a subtle hint. He usually does stuff like that.
