I finally feel like I'm really at home, despite having been here for about a week. It's a really good feeling. All of my friends are so attractive and stylish and mostly everyone seems so happy. They almost seem to glow (just like the moon tonight).
I'm not exactly sure where I'll be this time next year. Maybe at Goucher, maybe not. But regardless of where I choose, I believe that I will create a path for myself that is interesting and fulfilling. I am also very excited about the next few months. I feel very free.
I love the smell of my room right now; it has such a distinct rain odor which is really comforting. It makes the December rain a bit more bearable.
