I Knew I Had Won
ARG. I hate Man City. We're 16 down from Chelsea now. My brother will be unbearable...
I love James Blunt and orange-spiced English breakfast tea.
I also love Ho-Banger, because he's here today for movie day. He has ever-so-gentilely excused himself for what he calls a "poo" but what I suspect is an Ewan related wank. (And who can blame him??) So I am left to the only one who will never abandon me: LiveJournal. Here's the day so far:
10 AM: Woken up by angelic chorus from below my window. Ben was playing something awful in his car. Bastard.
11 AM: Toast and tea made, we retire to the basement for impromptu movie day, armed with movies of our own, but plesantly surprised with the TV's selection. Down With Love, Jawbreaker, Shakespeare In Love, Scream 3, The Mothman Prophecies, and a judicious application of the Made marathon. ("Yeah. I could get jiggy with that..." "WHITEST RAP-OFF EVER!!!") Brief break for more tea, a quick walk in the rain to check my mail (I hear from Vassar in 14 days... AH.) and then back for more Ewan, whom we love and adore but are not above gang-raping in a dark alley.
Okay, Ben's back, it's time to go. This is my day of fun and then I'm writing all day tomorrow (I think) and then doing my paper (finally) for Soud on Monday and then it's exam-studying for me from here on in. I love only having two.
SOMEONE COME SEE BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. PERVY-EWAN FANCIER IS TOO AFRAID.
(Ben replies: It's a matter of dignity! Self-preservation! Fear is not the issue... I have to protect my penis from Jake Gyllenhall. When he danced last night on Leno I think he used his Gay Ray on me. I wanted to "get jiggy with that.")

Oh, carowith1line: We named my sister's guinea pig. It's Jean Louise, also known as Scout. Because I love Harper Lee. Jake Gyllenhaal decided, actually. It's a bit of a long story, but Jay Leno knows it.
