(no subject)
Hey everyone sorry i haven't updated in a while I've jst been really busy lately. We got back from the beach on Friday at around midnight, and as soon as i got home I went to bed. Other than getting home so late the beach was a lot of fun! Here's what happened on each day.
Friday
I woke up at about 6:30 put on my bathing suit, and my mom and I went outside to take pictures. It was supposed to rain so we figured we might as well take pictures while the weather was good. My mom had me wear two different bathing suits for the pictures one was a tommy hilfiger with a halter bikini top with green poka dots and butterflies. The bottoms were basically the same, but it was a skirt bikini bottom. My second bikini was was a red halter with white haiwiian print, they were both really pretty. After we took pictures we walked a long the beach for about an hour, and then went back to the hotel to take our showers. After we took our showers we started packing and checked out. When we checked out we went to the seafood restaurant beside our hotel for lunch, and it was really good. It was shrimp w/ fruit, and the strawberries were the best! So after we ate we started home.
Thursday
Well we woke up at about 7 and then got ready to go to the beach. We layed-out for about two hours, and then went back up to our rooms to take showers and get ready to go to Charleston, SC. Well the drive to Charleston took about two hoours and when we got there we went downtown and shopped for about 5 hours. Frist we looked at these designer stores like Banana Republic and Saks 5th Ave. Ofcourse we didn't buy anything in there, because it was all so expensive. After that we went to the nine west shoe store where we got a really pretty pair of shoes for school. Then after we went shoe shopping we went to the charleston market where I got one of those big sequin purses and my mom got a turqouise and mother of pearl cross. We went across the street to the rock and mineral store, and I found this really pretty coral necklace and decided to get it. We were really hungry, because we hadn't had any lunch so we went to Buba Gump's and got salads and a slice of Key Lime Pie. Once we finished our dinner we started walking back to our car, but we saw this store with some really pretty things and decided to look in it. I looked at the watches and found this green watch with rhinestones all around it so I decided to buy it. After all our shopping we went back to our hotel and went to sleep.
Wednesday
Got up at about 6:00 and ran on the beach with mom for about an hour. After that we went back to the room showered, put on our bathing suits, and went down to the beach. We layed-out for about three hours and walked, and then we decided to go get a buggy-board , because it looked like a lot of fun. When I finally got out in the ocean on the buggy- board I actually got addicted to it and didn't want to leave. When I finally got tired my mom went for a walk while I rested and some boy from Tennessee came up and talked to me, he was really sweet. So we decided to go back up stairs, get showers, and go out to eat. We went to eat in Murrel's Inlet, and they had the best shrimp. So after that we went up to North Myrtle and searched for shells. We actually found some really pretty ones. By the time we got back we were really tired , and just decided to watch TV the rest of the night.
Tuesday
This was definitley the best day of the trip.I woke up at 7:30, and went out to the beach. I layed down my towel, and when I went to lay down I felt something sting me. Well when I looked at my lower back there was a welt on my back, and it really hurt. So I went over to the lifeguard(who was really hot!) and asked him if he had anything to put on it. He got the first- aid kit and put some antibiotic cream on it for me. My mom went for a walk , while I tried to get the swelling to go down, and while she was on her walk the lifeguard came over asked me how I was feeling and we talked for a while. He was really nice he said that he was going into his sophmore year in college and said that this was his second year lifeguarding, then he asked me what school I went to, and I told him I was from Huntington and that I was going to Huntington High. Well after that my mom came back and he went back to his post. So after we were finished at the beach we got ready and went out to eat and watched the fireworks. We also went to the grand strand.
Monday
Pretty much we woke up and drove the whole day and missed the first episode of laguna beach, but my dad taped it so it' s all cool.
So yeah, I had a lot of fun and I'll probably have the pictures on here as soon as I figure out how to put them on the computer.
FYI: supposively someone said that I was coming back to St. Joe but they were probably mistaken, because I am still going to Huntington High.Sorry. Other 411: I won the semifinals of my tennis tournament so I am now on my way to being ranked.
