why do we waste our whole lives worrying about things that don't matter? and i don't mean just waste our teenage years worrying about that stuff, because i wish it was just a faze everyone grew out of, but it seems to never end for some people. it makes me really sad when i hear someone say they don't care what career they choose as long as they make a lot of money doing it. i mean seriously, when you're lying on your death bed are your last words going to be 'i'm glad i'm dying rich!'? sure, living in america you have to make money to live, but how you live is a whole different concept. all i know is i'm going to bargain shop the rest of my life and make sure my money goes where i want it to go and comes from where i want it to come from. i never wanna work life away everyday and retire at 50 just to realize i'm left with all this free time, yet never even got to know my kids. this society is so fucked up man. i'm not raising my kids in america.
