so today I gave up one of my biggest fears, i gave blood. I am so proud of myself. i went to the knights of columbus

it was a wonderful turnout and there was a crap load of people. This made me proud to live here in US.
i asked my nurse to take a photo as i gave blood. god did it hurt. i almost passed out. hahaha it was fun yet a bitch. it stung.
this is the cool guy who was taking care of vials etc. he pushed me on an orange chair cause i almost passed out as i stood up. i felt fine.. lol
