i forgot to mention.
i called a landlord about what looked like the perfect warehouse
"hey i'm looking at your listing and see that you have your warehouse listed with multiple purposes, such as 'creative.' i'm an artist with a group of artists and we need a space to create and display our works."
"well uh...yeah i mean i like to support the arts. i got a lot of bills and stuff."
"would you be interested in renting your space to us, it looks perfect"
"no, check out this...blah blah blah i'm turning you down"
swiftly i realized we need to be very particular in our use of language if we want this to work out.
