(no subject)
so as some of you might know, last friday as i was driving to laurissa's house i got into a bad accident. i was turning left onto the freeway onramp when some lady in a jeep ran a red light and plowed into my honda. she hit me from the side corner and i spun around 2 times. i wasn't wearing a seatbelt and my head hit the rear view mirror so hard that it cracked my windshield. then when i spun around again, my head hit my steering wheel, leaving a nice sized lump on the crown of my head. i started bawling and called the cops and the ambulance got there. i should have gone to the hospital but i don't have health insurance so i told them not to take me. the lady that hit me didn't even have a driver's liscense, spoke no english, but luckily was personally insured. her insurance has been great and taking care of things really fast. i had witnesses and pictures of all the gnarly bruises and cuts all over me, so it's pretty much determined it was 100% her fault although nothings final yet. they are supposed to send me a check after they take her statement sometime next week. for 3,300 dollars. go figure, 33. i've been looking at cars and i'm pretty sure i'm gonna get this black honda, 2 door DX racing car. i can totally afford it, and it comes with tint and rims already. it's amazinggggg. so hopefully by next week everything will be done with.
i took a final on monday night and did reall well. i only went to that class on test days since they lectured straight out of the book and i still managed to pull out with a B. i'm amazing, i know... i take my last final tonight and then no school till january! i know i'll do good on this one and get an A in the class, it's my women's studies class. i got an A on the midterm, an A on my research paper and the highest grade in the class for my presentation, so i'm not stressing at all.
i have dec 21 to jan 2 off of school and work. me and josh are gonna go to big bear and just relax for a couple days. i've wanted to go to the snow for years, and he's taking me! how did i get so lucky? godddddd! he's so amazing.
almost done with my christmas shopping. can't wait till my vacation. life is going good, many good things in the future (:
