I love how Pelfrey's still resisting him in this one. I know there's going to be some sort of rivalry between them in the future over a rotation spot despite Pelfrey surely being sent down even if he has a good spring.

Spring Training means SNY'll show more clips of our boys.

“Hey,” John’s voice is softer, yet deeper, than the teasing tone it had before. Mike turns back to see him sitting at the edge of the bed, elbows on his knees. “Come here.”

He obliges. John raises his hands to rest on Mike’s hips as he stands in front of him. Their eyes are locked on each other as he runs a hand through John’s hair. “You’re going to do good Pelf. You just have to relax and let your skill take over.”

I had a visual of this in my head a while back, so thanks a million for writing it out! Loved it so~.

We know El Duque's going to go on his usual break at some point in the season, but I do hope Pelfrey gets some time to develop his breaking pitches so he can be effective on the mound. Even with the Zito signing (or not), there still will be competition.

Yay~! Why is it that whenever these two are written for, it's always so sweet? At some point Maine needs to tell Pelf what he and David Wright did in Japan, lol!
