the promises are broken and the make-believe ran out
So I now have plans for July 4th. Well, sort of. Tomorrow morning when I get ready, dad's taking me to Jim and Nancy's house to stay for a day or two. I haven't been since the house was finished, so it'll be cool to stay. I wish Josh or Morgan would come down, but I think they live too far away now to visit as often. Clay is a little longer away than Tarrant. Anyway, on Monday or Tuesday I'm leaving from their house and going to Amber's. I'll be spending the 4th of July there since my parents are going to be in South Carolina. And on Wednesday, Amber's having her party, which I don't want to miss. On Wednesday night or Thursday morning, mom's coming home, and I guess she'll come pick me up or something. And then my summer goes back to being boring.
Until 7-13, that is. Considering that's A-M school registration. N-Z is on 7-14. I think. I don't know, but I know I go on 7-13. Then Devin goes the next day. And on August 10th or so, school's back in. Where has my summer gone?
