friday night with the boys. it's just tradition.
last night layne came over & we made really good apple crisp & we drank apple cider because it is fall & yesterday was chilly & there were soccer games & small amounts of foliage. then we paid $7.50 to hear will farrell say "MOM! THE MEATLOAF! FUCK!!!"
the homecoming games were fun yesterday. homecoming in general was fun, even though i chose not to attend the bonfire &/or dance. the parade was a blast?
i missed soccer games & fall weather. & it reminded me so much of last year when i was so happy. i thought about how happy i was with all of them & then how miserable they made me. & now i am even happier than before with all of these other people; but everything with all those people from last year, the ones i care(d) so much about... it's good? it's great, actaully. i am really happy right now. in general. with everything.
fall is my favorite season. & it smells so good. i can't wait until the foliage gets prettier. & the days get chillier. & then there is halloween, & all of the decorations. & everyone is so happy this time of year. then there is thanksgiving, which, i think, is my favorite holiday. & i am so in love with this season that i feel like i could cry right now. i can't wait to go apple picking.
this is the pefect time of year to fall in love.
& to wear pretty scarves.
i can't wait until football comes on later today. & to eat chili. i like to hang out with my dad while he drinks beers & we watch football & everything is really happy because i love him a lot. & i like it when my mom cooks all kinds of snacks & spicy things that i don't like but eat anyways because we are watching football & there is foliage outside & we are all huddled around a TV with the neighbors, all wearing patriots jerseys & being happy.
i am going to make layne a mix cd soon, because he gave me a really good one last night.
