I am 3 a.m.-er
Funny. I have to wake up Mother for work in an hour and 25 minutes.
Work was slow tonight, as expected. However, I wasn't let out until 11:30 because A) I'm a Slow Simon, B) My boss, name witheld, is out to get me and likes to critique everything I do and make me do things twice, and C) I was working with Stacey, who is a perfectionist. Luckily, I don't work tomorrow. Or Friday, although technically I am "On Call." Hopefully, I won't get called. Saturday I close again (ugh) with one co-worker I am not particularly fond of. But, I will make do. I will be a strong Matthew.
Harry Potter 6 is out Wednesday. I am getting my copy, are you getting yours?
Vacay is still under-way, despite my sister's selfish ways. Now instead of chipping in some dollars for our rent, me and my mom are splitting our vacation bill, which means I will have to foot 250$ by July 29. My sister, who agreed to go on vacation with us with her friend, who was paying for herself, decided just today--er--yesterday afternoon that her and friend are not coming because they have better things to do (a.k.a going on a cruise around Lake Mich for an LA Tan party. Apparently they think it will be a good "opportunity" since they are managers. Yet, an opportunity for what? And why is this more important?) Thus, I despise thy sister and refuse to give her anything ever, since the money she's not picking up, I have to pick up. Which means my first two paychecks are going to paying for a trip. Oh, brother. Leave it to my sister to screw up everything.
Today was senior portraits at Roots Studio in some weird place. Needless to say I saw a few classmates I could've gone without seeing...for the rest of my life. I think I might've made myself look like a fish because my eyes squint hardcore when I smile and the photographer kept telling me to open them. Not good for me.
I want the new White Stripes CD as well as the new Jack Johnson CD.
