I know A LOT of people that need to hear this.

It sucks when young people have to have such consequences because when you're young you think you know it all and nothing can get you, so you live a little more recklessly. Like maybe do too many drugs and have sex without a condom or drink a little too much. Then the older you get the more you realize that life and man are more fragile than we thought, so we start to make better decisions. It's so normal to feel immortal in your youth - death and disease seem unlikely and unthinkable - and the youth are suppose to feel that way because if they knew how hard it got the older they got, they'd never grow up. They're suppose to feel like their invincible and immortal and can conquer the world, if they didn't there would never be progress. So why, if it's so ingrained in them to be insatiable of life would life curse them by allowing them to have the same consequences as their older counterparts who later discovered they needed to chill a bit?

Don't think that because you made mistakes that you are different or damaged or used up now. You're just smarter and have yet another scar. Please do not give this the power to knock you down. This does not change who you are or what you can accomplish. People get sick, people get hurt, people harm and get harmed, love and get love....the point is that you're a person and a consequence of that is that bad things can happen to you so you gotta make as many good decisions as you can and watch yourself. And then know that you can make only good decisions and still be cursed or struck by something horrible...no one is safe from life...we can only do what we can to survive it and not take it too seriously. Do not wear your mistake(s) like a badge of shame...do not give it the power to alter who you are.

You have every excuse to be nobody...most of you have had so much pain that would destroy most...and has destroyed others who couldn't hang...but you weren't going to accept destruction...you fought life and you got this far.. you were meant to survive those things because the lessons you learned from going through them will be critical to who you are and what you do with your life. You will not settle...you will not give in...you are better than the mistakes you've made and you've got a lot to prove. Dont look at these bad things or these life lessons earned as your enemy...be thankful for them and realize they really did come into your life to help you get to your greatness as soon as possible. They're there to teach and mold you because they have faith in you that you will be molded by the experience, that you won't become the experience. In other words...God trusted you to take your lessons and move on, keep implementing the lessons and wisdom learned into your life, and keep stepping...all the while being smarter and more aware of what you're capable of and what life's capable of.

Feel the pulse of your power and accept that you are destined for greatness.

But if that was TOTALLLYYY too much to handle, look at this kitty!!
