(no subject)
So my dog got hit by a car last night :[
She is okay now, but she has a cut on her lip and five teeth shattered
It just so happened that we were driving back from shopping and saw her get hit on the main road; it's really a miracle that we were driving by at that time. We immediately took her to the animal hospital, and I cried hysterically the entire way. That whole experience has really turned me off of meat for a while, if not forever. I know I know, "cows and chickens aren't like dogs," but still, seeing my baby bleed and whimper killed me, and I don't want to support any animal going through that :[
So now I have to do a ton of research because athletes need a lot of protein. Ah mannn. All I know is I'm so happy my baby Tink is back with us and okay.
