my first sk3 like died so i called tmobile
got a replacement, easy right?
WRONG. the replacement sk they sent me doesnt charge
sooo i call back and they send out another sk with three day express shipping this time
so i come home and im all happy and excited cuz finally im going to have a working sk
i turn it on and guess what? its a refurb..and they never cleared the other person's information
off of it. so its asking me to sign in under another persons account.
i call tmobile and the phone lines to the "sk specialist" is down.
