I have been displaced.

SATURDAY:
Adam and I went to Edward Scissorhands. It was amazing. I was nervous before because there were no words, nor lyrics, just orchestral music. But at intermission I came to the conclusion that it would have been cheesey if it had words. It was very beautiful. It didn't follow the movie exactly, they mixed it up a bit, which kept it interesting.
Then my Mom picked us up from the 5th when it was over and we headed to Displace Me. Adam and I found Stephen & Jay, then we headed to their camp and met up with Ana & Jordan. We added a little room onto their fort for Adam and I.
We did a lot of activities as a group, many more than GNC last year. Although the feel of the event was very different from GNC. It was a very great event, but it didn't feel as focused to me as it did last year. I was extremely happy to see how many people showed up though. The girls next door to us were like 'I don't even care about Uganda, I just wanted to hang out,' which sort of angered me at first but then I realized that even though not everyone there cared, the majority did. Plus, those people who went just to go just added to the mass of people which matters a lot for the message we're trying to send.
This morning it ended up just being Adam, Jordan, Stephen and I. Jay went home with Ana because of some conflict. It was very sad that they missed out though.

I know this will make a huge impact. Tears shed from so many different people from one area will change things.
We did last year and we did it again.

I'm super tired though, so I hope whoever did go was touched.

It is indescribable. The event cannot be put into words and anyone who went can vouch for that. It's something you have to experience to really open your eyes.

Lord, whatever breaks your heart, let it break mine as well.
