I want to see this film so badly and no cinemas in Exeter are showing it. Take the link, it's a gorgeous site.. I love how words are slowly written across the screen, and the imagery.. I hope the picturehouse gets it soon.. :(
"azure ray: lovely, pretty, sad. like today." enchanting. the support band were incredible and i can't remember their name, sort of like a cross between mogwai, my vitriol, ..trail of dead, or something. beautiful. i did actually cry during their set. because of the beauty. the music was everywhere, inside, everything. and i got home and rachel and her friends were high and we talked about everything intensely. colours. emotions. music. dan came home around 4 and was sobbing on the kitchen floor for hours. his eyes are so red now.
i dreamt i was in london, trying to find you. you lived in room three and i lived in room six (i like the symmetry there) in this vast building. music was playing on the top floor and was represented by moving shapes and colours. i saw you in a club, it was so dark, your hair was pale against all the darkness and your eyes.. i suppose i couldn't see anything else. or anyone else. and you walked away from me. i unlocked your room and read pieces of white paper with reviews handwritten all over each side. i left a pink piece of paper with various pretty words spaced out.
friday i dreamt about a girl who wore a twenties-style hat and dark eyeliner. she lived in a turquoise-walled house that wasn't her own, she was fascinating. i wish i knew her.
