i hate it. i want to be thin, but restricting then binging does not work.
i am going to be eating 3 meals a day, 2 snacks, total 1,200 calories every day.
that is what a normal person would eat on a diet, and that can keep me happy and away from binges..and then i hopefully will get over my ED.
plus, i'm just getting boobs and when i'm restricting they go first and they go fast.
and, now that i've been eating normal..i've been so much happier and laid back. and i really love myself, emotionally, right now and the state of mind i've been in.
i've been getting high again, and i've just been overall alot happier and funner.
my ED just made me pissed off and depressed all the time, and i'm glad i'm getting away from that.
&he notices my change, and i think at least now..we might be able to be friends.
