what a nice nye.
got the train down the coast to meet iasons parents for dinner at a thai place where countless glasses of wine were consumed followed by duck and all sorts of goodness. iason managed to get out of work early for which we all met and went to Burleigh to drink and watch the fire works down the beaches from a rug on the grass. beautiful. following this were quiet bailies on the rocks on their huge balcony overlooking the ocean and elanora. drunken ramblings about everything and awsome cuddles into the early morning. fanatastic. Hungover morning included beach and lazing around in the sand. water was beautiful. sat around-went for an evenings bbq chicken and salad at the waterfront-more beer-fire twirling at this gorgeous section of sand, dont know where it is, but just beautiful in the sunset. burnt foot and hair but ok.
Next day got these little babies peirced (tregis's left and right) at Iasons shop for a discount.

ive been given a 50 kg back pack for NZ and GATORS (leg and foot cover thing for water and snakes)and heaps of other little useful things like a hydrator thing that you soak in water and put round your neck that keeps you cool. BUT most importantly-DONT HAVE TO BUY backpack. the most expensive thing inwhich i was not sure of how i was to obtain in the space of time left. anyhow-*wipes brow* this is cool.
also my passport. ah sweet thing. cost me an arm and a leg but it means good things are coming for me. here she is.
god dam im excited. i cant wait to lift off. ive waited a whole year for this trip.
worked out itinerary-we fly into Aukland and travel south-barge across and camper van right down the west side of the south island to the very southern most point and then back up the middle to fly out of Christchurch.
things include all day glacier walk, hot water beach, mud mud mud, hot springs, mountain climbing, heaps of driving and our cool little van. shot over jet, white water rafting, instrument shopping and iason wants a tribal weapon. hopefully see the whole country apart from whats north of Aukland.

and finally me on new years eve withg my new little blonde bits in my hair and all looking like a girly girl for celebrational funs. MAKE LOVE TO THE CAMERA..
