The long-put-off moving photostory

Aug 29, 2005 23:44

So I moved into the dorms a little while back, and took photos for a photostory, but I procrastinated in editing them for so long that by now I've already started school and such. Lol. ;D

So here's the small, scary photostory. And please ignore the fact that O'Malley has green hair; we were going through a phase. Hehe. ^^;

Hehe, good luck!!! ^_____^ Are you moving due to school, or just moving in general? I'm guessing the later, because it seems a bit late now to be moving onto a school campus. X_x;; Lol~

No, it's moving to university too. It only starts october 18th here (Germany). And sadly we don't have campuses as you do, thus I've got a kinda dorm room in some house at the edge of the city, where I can afford it. ^^;
there are days where I really wish living in the USA ^^;

Oh, wow! So school starts in October in Germany? Cool! ^_^

Well, I wish you good luck, even if you don't like the dorms! So you have to go across town to get to your classes from the dorms? Yeek! :D

Are you taking your doll with you into the dorm? My roomates love my dolls!! 8D!

Hehe, regular school already started last week, but university has much more holidays then school. :3 Which is a nice change, after 13 years of few holidays. (We have 13 schoolyears because the last two of them practically do what you do in your first two years of college. we get a special, optional graduation then (after the regular one from grade 10), which allows us to go to university.... do I sound confused? xD; )

Yes, I'll have to go all across the city, but at least we get free bus-tickets, and I think I can even go by foot, I'll try that :3

Alexi: ppfft... and like I'll let her chose! I *will* go to. Lucky we have no roomates (because it counts as *apartment*, although toilets and showers and kitchen are shared.) Strange germany!
Charlotte: Yes it is xX;

Oh btw, I added you to my aim-buddylist, I hope that's okay :D I'm 'holographic life' there :3

Yeah, that's totally cool~ I'll add you too! ^^

And actually, don't worry about sounding confused, I pretty much know what you're talking about! I took a year of German language and Frau Khail explained a little bit about the school system. How could I forget?! Lol!

And heh, Alexi's got you whipped! Haha! I'm really glad you're taking him, a few of my doll friends here where I live were scared to take the dolls with them to college, but I talked them into it. It really brightens my day just to have them sitting around! ^^
