Tampa Bay Cartoonists Collective!

Hey!
Last week some of us SketchSouthers cheated on our Thursday night group by heading down to Tampa to hang out with some talented folks down there. They call themselves the Tampa Bay Cartoonists Collective, and we had a great time hanging out at Borders, checking each other's stuff out, and drinking coffee beverages. We also saw some interesting magazines like "DONK" about custom trucks, and 'Rommel," supplement to WWII magazine. Fun!

Toward the end, Hugo mentioned that Joel was drawing Batman, ad he NEVER draws Batman. He has his reasons... anyway, this was such a strange thing, that we all declared a meme and drew our own Batmen. Batmans? I dunno.

Clock wise from the top: Sara, Nathan, Keath, Stu, Hugo, Ron, Joel, Mike (behind Joel) and Dan.

Mike invites everyone over to his house for some figure drawing, with himself as the model.
