Sky can you do me a huge favor? I need to know what the average price per square foot is for commercial restaruant space is in Hollywood. I'm working on a project and I need to know. Maybe your boss can tell you what s/he pays per squarefoot annually or monthy or whatever.

I would greatly appreciate this and especially if you can get back to me ASAP.
