Jogging

I have recently started jogging.  This will be the third week; hopefully it will stick.  I am aiming for Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, though last week I only managed Thursday and Friday.  I am using a point system, as I tend to think of things in rpg mechanics.  Jogging a lap around a track earns me 2 points, walking earns me 1 point.  On the first week my goal was 16 points, and I have been increasing it by one point a week.

But I am les tired.
