so, this is from my Bible study last night. i think it's awesome!
as long as your obediance is based on your own evauation of the rules and request handed down by those in authority over you, you are retaining control of your life. and as long as you are in control, God is on the sidelines.
but if all the authorities in your life have been puy there by God, then WHAT you are being asked to do is not as important as WHO is doing the asking. remember, God ultimately has authority over ALL authority. the question is, is God going to be in control of your life, or are you?
