no more school!!! (well, until october anyway)
school is done for the summer!!!!! i moved out this past friday and helped kevin move out on thursday (i missssss himmmmm A LOOTTTT) and my roomie decided to pick a fight 2 days before we left and when i moved out she was still not speaking to me and took me off facebook (how mature are we??? jeeeeezzzzzaaaaaaahhhhh) but rez was beginning to feel more like a jail than a makeshift home away from home (the irony? on-campus rez is called prison rez) but i did reasonably well this semester after i decided to start caring but this semester was a lot harder than first semester and wasnt as fun. im just happy to be home now and be able to relax and not have to worry about (as much) drama. im REALLY looking forward to seeing kevin soon b/c i miss him. i cant wait to hang out with my girls and have another girls night out before i go up north for my co-op (hopefully). im excited to see some people that i havent seen in a year or 2 at ellie's goodbye dinner. and i have a house!! thats right a house!!! well at least im renting a room in a house when i come back in october from co-op. its not a house that i own. but its a nice house on a quiet street close to the college. i chose 1 of 2 basement bedrooms which is a fairly nice size and has a huge closet and a desk and i can take my own comfy bed. and moving this time will be ten times easier since i dont have to take any kitchen-y type stuff at all but i do have to invest in a television and possibly a dvd player. and this house will be quieter than rez was too. the landlord lives on the top floor and is a quiet woman and likes things quiet b/c shes a teacher and understands the importance of quiet studying and she wanted to create a place where college students can study in peace and quiet (thank goodness) b/c thats what i need most of the time. and theres also a spot for my stereo to go and that makes me happy b/c i wasnt able to take it with me to rez due to space restrictions. so now i can listen to the radio and the news in the morning!! and this woman has a dog too (SHABU)!!! and hes a very well behaved dog and i think im gonna enjoy having a dog even if its not mine. and about kevin again (i miss him by the way; not sure if i mentioned that before.... ;) lol). rachel: remember those silly boy lists we had in our notebooks and made in fifth year when we were through the notebook craze? wellllll.... i took my notebook to school and i was here on the weekend unpacking and i found it and opened it and read most of it and i found the boy list and realized that it describes kevin fairly well!! anyway time to get back to cleaning and tidying. ppfffttt.... who am i kidding?? i wont be doing any more of it tonight!!! we'll just do it tomorrow....
