Wow! It has been so long since I've used this. Checked out my friends list and cant really remember who belongs to which username. I'll check in on you guys a little later! In other news, I'm off to a great start with the "New Year, New Me" attitude. Though I ordered my p90x program about 2 months ago, I've finally opened it and made the first step. Thoroughly read the workouts, food plan, and guide and am ready to start the sweat! In addition, as recommended and required, I've also changed my eating habits. I heard somewhere that if you keep a food journal, it will keep you on track. I hope having my food intake posted all over the web will help keep me on track!! For the next 90 days, hopefully quite frequently, join me as I take the p90x challenge! Here's to good health, sexy body, and wellness all around :)

Food Day 1:
3 eggs, scrambled- salsa for flavor.
1 piece 12 grain whole wheat toast- Jelly to taste
1 bowl Posole
1 tortilla with light butter
2 small oranges
2 glasses water, 1 glass Iced tea- plain

Now this may not seem like much food...but it must be kept in mind that my day was only about 9 hours long today...got a late start!
