ahhhhh! i cant figure out how to make my pictures small enough to be icons! the computer is counting the surrounding white space as part of the picture. it looks like it should be so easy! why is it so hard? i need help, or a different program. ill try that. its such torture! i have all these hot pictures of johnny rzeznik and no where to display them...woe is me
