"Did you know that One.org estimates that with only $30 Billion we could end what they term "extreme poverty" in the world? Did you know that the US spent over $430 Billion in retail industry sales during the holiday season last year.

Here in America, most of us don't need more clutter. We even throw-away stuff that people in poorer nations would love to have. What if, for just one Christmas, instead of acquiring more junk, we decided to help poorer nations in need. What difference could we make? With all the resentment against the US, could we sow seeds of peace?

FIXMAS is simply just a website that you sign-up with. We're asking you commit to, instead of asking for gifts this Christmas, asking for donations to your favorite charity. And after you receive the "donation-gifts" you come back to FIXMAS.org and enter how much was given to which organizations. Then we'll put the totals up on the website and we can all revel-in how much we helped the world this year. It will be sweet!"

Join. If you want to list me as a recruiter, my username is Anna Elizabeth.

Or, if you just want to figure out what I want for Christmas, donate to: The Sierra Club, Broadyway Cares: Equity Fights AIDS, or The ONE Campaign. I would uber-appreciate it.

This year I am thankful for you. <3
