Basel and the Beyeler Foundation museum
The Art Basel is the best place to see all modern art on sale or due to enter the market. The main exhibition took us 7 hours to see.
Beyond there is one place worth the whole visit to Switzerland it is the Beyeler Foundation museum. It has the amazing collection of now classic modern art. Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh , Auguste Rodin, Joan Miró, Jackson Pollock, Edgar Degas, Munch, Picasso, Klee, Wassily Kandinsky and incredible late masterpieces of Max Ernst. And more.
Currently until 22/07 on the display is the fantastic exhibition of Edvard Munch.
