Update
Bad news first: My red spots all over my face have not disappeared. No, it's not chicken pox or small pox or pixie pox. Nobody seems to know.
Good news next: I do get a next week off to help my face return to normal. I practically had to beg the doctor to relieve me of appearing in public.
More good news: I have officially memorized the first 25 hiragana characters and can write them in any order. Just don't time me, I go slow.
