Will we still be the Country of choice and still be Canada if we continue to make the changes forced on us by the people from other countries that came to live in Canada because it is the Country of Choice

I posted it because I agree with some of it. I don't particularly like the part of the article reading: "We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don't care how you did things where you came from."
I do dislike a lot of the people who claim racial profiling or racism to try and shift blame from their actions. Too many people nowadays don't want to accept the consequences of their actions and look for someway out.
I love multiculturism and having people here to provide us with parts of their culture and be able to live here in better conditions than their homeland.
What grinds my gears is people who get jobs in customer service or other jobs where they have to deal with the public and have a hard time with the language.
Did you know there is legislation in place stating that companies must have an amount of people working for them of visible minorities in proportion to their percentage of population around your place of business. So if you have a business in a community of 20% asian, 50% caucasian, and 30% indian, you`d have to have your staff comprised of 20% asians, 50% cacausian, and 30% indian.
No offence to women or anyone of visible minorities, but why do they get extra points towards physical assessments and have lesser duties for physical tests to get into the police force, military, fire fighting, etc.
I agree with equal rights but where are my equal rights now as a white male.
