Go to a toy store and purchase a toy called socker boppers. They are inflatable boxing gloves for kids. When you inflate them, (as much as you can), the hole where the child's hand goes is very tight. Once lubricated it makes a great "vagina" The bonus is they are cheap (you get a pair of them), they are washable vinyl, (I just clean mine in the shower), and you can deflate them to the size of an orange. I never travel on business without one.

You can sock all day ... and bop all night!
