flareonfury gave me G.
1) Gambit from X-Men. Although I've kinda lost my enthusiasm for the character, when I was a kid, I thought he was the coolest. He's this sauve thief who can charge inanimate objects, which is a pretty unique power.
2) Genie from Aladdin. The episode with the sprites pretty much summed him up. When they saw him, they asked what he is and he responded "Comic relief, mostly". He could be annoying at times, but he never ceases to amuse me.
3) Goliath from Gargoyles. What's not to like about the guy? He's a strong leader, but also has a strong sense of compassion and believes that all life is precious. Keith David's voice is awesome, as well.
4) Green Lantern (Guy Gardner) from DC Comics. Of all the Lanterns to pick from, why Guy? Because his initials are "G.G." I suppose. He's actually my least favorite of the core four, but you know something? I think Guy Gardner has one of the single most unique personalities in all of superhero books, and that's saying something. He's a jerk, but he's a heroic jerk. It's fun to see him get punched out by Batman, but it's also fun to see him kick butt.
5) Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) from DC Comics. Ollie's another one with a unique personality. It took a couple decades until he found it (since he was basically a Batman clone), but it works for him. Plus, trick arrows are cool.
6) Gunn from Angel. What I always liked about Gunn is the perspective he brought to Angel. Not just the human perspective, but more of a down to Earth look at the demon world. Pretty much every other character was either newly introduced to the world or they've been formally introduced to it. With Gunn, he met them on a street level, and his attitude throughout the big stuff he faces alongside Angel shows that. He's also the only LA native on the show. Plus he gets some fun lines.
