Several mornings ago, Phil's face turned stone-cold and he asked me, "Do you spell your last name with an 'le' or an 'el'?"

My head whipped around and with the lazers lodged in my eyes, I wrote "NOBLE" on his forehead.

The upside was that it made me feel MUCH better about his Grandmother not remembering my name.
